PRINTS FOR BLATTEN
A print sale in solidarity with the victims of the glacier collapse in Blatten.
In 2016, I was fortunate to spend time in Blatten while shooting for my book Honey Ryder. The village had a mystical calm, especially during that snowstorm. I’ll always be grateful for the memories in this special region of my homeland.
It breaks my heart to know that the entire village is now buried beneath ice and mud. Many people have lost their homes – some that stood for centuries. The people of Lötschental are resilient but they can use all the help they can get.
To support them, I’ve teamed up with TRICOLOR BILD PRODUKTION and made a selection of prints available only through this online store until July 11th.
All net proceeds will go directly to the community of Blatten. Let‘s help them build their home again.
