HEIMAT is a photography series I realized as an hommage and appreciation to my home region. All photos were taken in the beautiful mountain and glacier landscapes of Wallis, focusing mainly on the region of Aletsch, where I was born and raised. Among others the exhibition features the Great Aletschgletscher which is the largest glacial system of the Alps, as well as the smaller yet not less spectacular Fieschergletscher with its remarkable and majestic crevasses.
